I LOVE this picture of me! It captures me in my essence of joy, play and love. And I'm rocking a yellow bathing suit onesie and sunscreen stripe. I lost my connection to this part of myself and spent the last few years finding my way back home. I had to stray off the path to find my path. The powerful thing I discovered is, your path always leads back to yourself -- your heart, your truth, and your wisdom.  The external reference points become less and less meaningful as you become more free in who you are. I desire to create a space that supports you in releasing your adaptation to judgment, shoulds and shame and reconnects you to your gorgeous, outrageous, expressive, expansive wild heart.
